I am serious about this, I really do want the software and cannot afford the more expensive one. If I try it will Corel take it back if it does not work or will I get the runaround as so many place do? 
I want this software real bad it would be great for my cartoons. I have enough problems in my life and do not need software that the company does not care about. Have they gotten the problem fixed or am I going to become frustrated again? It seems that htis problem goes back a few years with no fixing it.Īs I said it is not opened yet so I will return it.
So I bought it directly from their web site hoping that it would be a newer version but noticed that it is a version from 2007 only for Window Vista and Windows xp. I had gotten a version with the Wacom Tablet earlier and it did not work I tried everything that was suggested but was no good. I have not opened the box yet and will return it if there are going to be problems with it.

Did I make a mistake in getting Painter Essentials 4 the full version? I bought it directly from Corel's web site I have Windows 7 64 bit service pack 1.
